Book Blogger Friday with Nat from Reading Romances

YA Promo Central would like to welcome book blogger, Nat from Reading Romances to the blog. Nat has been a book blogger for a year and a half roughly, and as you can tell from her blog name, she reads and reviews romance novels. YAPC – Introduce yourself and your blog

Nat – I’m Nat, the owner and the only person behind Reading Romances. A lot of people think there’s a team behind it, but it’s really only me! Reading Romances is my personal project that became a passion and one of the most delicious experiences I’ve been a part of. As you can guess by the title, it’s a book blog that has it’s focus on romantic fiction.

YAPC – Do you see yourself as a voracious reader?

Nat – I do. I actually have to take some time off of reading occasionally, cause it’s a bit of an addiction. Blogging takes a lot of time too.

YAPC – How long have you been blogging?

Nat – I’ve been blogging since March 2011.

YAPC – What made you decide to start book blogging?

Nat – I wanted to find other people like me who were as excited as I am about discussing romances!

YAPC – What genre(s) does your blog focus on?

Nat – There are several romance sub genres that I enjoy reading, mainly historical, sci-fi and erotic romance.

YAPC – Has your reading tastes changed since you started your blog?

Nat – Absolutely! Now I read more futuristic, steampunk and fantasy!

YAPC – Do you post reviews on your blog?

Nat – Yes, I try to post the minimum of one review per week! Since I’m the only one posting, it’s tough to multitask and have time to do everything plus follow a schedule!

YAPC – How many review requests do you get each month on average?

Nat – Right now, many! I’d say about 20.

YAPC – Do you have a Review Policy or something similar?

YAPC – Do you review Indie or Small Pub books?

Nat – With pleasure! They’re more than welcome. To be honest, I rather review these than famous publishing houses.

YAPC – Do you host guest posts or interviews?

Nat – Love them! Interviews are so fun, and I always try to make them interesting and unique.
